Data you can trust
Generic foods come from INSA's official lab composition tables. Branded products are sourced from Open Food Facts (ODbL) and other catalogs, with full attribution. AI is never the source of truth here — it extracts and classifies, but real nutrient values always come from a verified source, and missing data stays missing rather than being guessed.
